All times are Malaysia time.
- Friday 2 October: Practice 1 at 12:30pm, Practice 2 at 4pm
- Saturday 3 October: Practice 3 at 12:30pm, Qualifying at 4pm
- Sunday 4 October: Drivers’ parade at 1pm, race at 3pm
Free shuttle buses
Free shuttles run every 10 to 15 minutes from 7am to midnight on all three days. More shuttles inside the circuit move you between areas.

Driving and parking
Car parking at the circuit needs an event pass bought in advance. Passes are sold by zone for the whole weekend, and some zones have sold out. There is no motorcycle parking at the circuit, so riders park at a shuttle stop and take the free bus.
E-hailing on race weekend
E-hailing demand is expected to rise by 200 to 300% during race week, with higher fares when drivers run short. The hardest moment is straight after a session, when the whole crowd leaves at once.
A chauffeur booked both ways
Book the drop-off and the return together before race day, and tell us which sessions you are going to and where you are staying. The fare is fixed when you book, so it does not rise with demand: message us for the race-weekend fare.
Arrive early on Sunday
The race starts at 3pm and the drivers’ parade at 1pm. Plan to be inside the circuit well before 2:30pm.

How do I get from Kuala Lumpur to Sepang Circuit for F1?
By car it is about an hour from central Kuala Lumpur. Without a car, take the KLIA Ekspres train to KLIA Terminal 2 and ride the free race shuttle from the Level 1 Bus Hub.
