Before you fly
Send us these on WhatsApp and we confirm the fare before you travel:
- Your flight number and landing date
- How many passengers and bags
- The hotel or address you are going to
- Any child seats, at RM 30 each
When you land
We follow your flight, so an early or late landing moves the pickup with it. The first 60 minutes after landing are included. Turn your phone on after landing so we can reach you on WhatsApp.
KLIA 1 or KLIA 2?
Your ticket shows the terminal. The fare is the same from both, in every vehicle, so you do not need to know it when you book, only your flight number.
Late-night arrivals
Many flights land after midnight. For pickups between 12am and 6am, the midnight rate of +30% applies, including when a delayed flight moves the pickup into that window.

How long will the driver wait at KLIA?
The first 60 minutes after your flight lands are included at no charge. Waiting is counted from the actual landing time, not the scheduled one.
Where do I meet my driver at KLIA?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, KLIA 1 or KLIA 2, after you clear immigration and collect your bags.
How much is a private pickup from KLIA to Kuala Lumpur?
From RM 150 one way in a Toyota Innova, with tolls and parking included. Larger vehicles such as the Hyundai Staria cost more; every fare is listed on the KLIA airport transfer page.
How do I pay for my airport pickup?
Cash on arrival, or card, FPX, Touch ’n Go, Boost, Wise and PayPal. No deposit is needed for a standard transfer.
